Introduction
Overview
The dynamic development of international cooperation is impossible without specialists in foreign economy and culture, development of the world politics, and foreign policy of Russia. The program prepares students for jobs in Russian and international companies. Students study Global economics, International law, Geopolitics, Theory and Practice of International Relations, the International economic activity of the Baikal region, learn skills of oral and written communication in two foreign languages (English and an oriental language – Chinese or Japanese).
Graduates will be able to carry out duties of junior and middle-ranking officials in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, participate in organizing international events (negotiations, meetings, conferences, and exhibitions), do analytical study in state, regional, and municipal authorities, scientific institutes, academic institutions, companies.
