The fundamental assumption of the study Administration is a synergy of knowledge, skills and competences from different disciplines, and needed to play an active role of the professional and social work in the structures of local government and government structures that create and support entrepreneurship and social activity, as well as performing tasks for the protection of security and public order.

The Public Service Management specialization prepares individuals to serve as managers in the executive arm of the local and central government. It focuses on the systematic study of executive organization and management, including instruction in the roles, development and principles of public administration, the management of public policy, executive-legislative relations, public budgetary processes, financial management, administrative law, public personnel management, professional ethics, and research methods.

It aims to train highly qualified specialists in the field of administration and public policy. Graduates of this specialization will be licensed in administrative sciences, with a specialization in public administration.

Learning aims to transfer knowledge in the field of broadly understood social sciences, including, in particular, the legal and administrative sciences. In the field of Administration, first-cycle (bachelor's) studies are conducted in the full-time (day) and part-time (extramural) mode. The graduate receives a bachelor's degree. Administration at the Kujawska Szkoła Wyższa in Włocławek is a field of study with a long tradition of education as well as scientific and research activity.

First-cycle (undergraduate) studies, full-time or extramural, 6 semesters, conducted at the GSW headquarters in Gdańsk (Faculty of Social Sciences) and at branch departments in: Tczew, Olsztyn and Słupsk. A graduate of bachelor's studies in the field of administration will be fluent in the provisions defining the competences and regulating the organization and powers of public administration bodies at all levels of its operation.
