THE AIMS OF STUDY PROGRAMME To prepare well-qualified specialists, meeting the needs of Lithuanian sectors of industry and the level of the latest technologies and science, being able to work under conditions of rapid technological changes, being prepared to integrate into the Lithuanian and international community GRADUATE WILL BE ABLE TO create, design and implement software and information systems; analyse and understand principles of designing and using modern information technologies; control aspects of up-to-date software industry of Lithuanian market; perceive main aspects of the business environment; communicate, work in a team, logically and systematically reason abilities; apply special (creativity, flexibility, dynamism, creating friendly moral atmosphere criticism) and general (knowledge of foreign languages, communication, self-assessment and continual development) skills. CAREER PROSPECTS Will be able to work in enterprises, organizations, software and hardware market as an engineer of computer software, database designers, designers and developers of Internet technologies, and any other IT solution developers.
