The aim of the Faculty of Social Communications is to train both scientifically competent communication professionals and men who are aware and ready to engage and integrate the message of the Gospel into the new culture created by the means of Modern communication (...) with new languages, new techniques and new behaviors (see John Paul II, Redemptoris missio, 37), to identify what benefits and dangers this culture could present for African identity and values.

Educated by the National Episcopal Conference of the Congo in July 2009, the Faculty of Political Sciences intends to promote a thorough teaching and a rigorous research in the political sciences. It also intends to contribute to the advent and development of policies based on peoples' experiences.

The basic training covers two cycles: 3 years of graduate and 2 years of license. The degree program in theology may be supplemented by that of the Secondary School Agregation of the higher level which entitles the licensee to teach in secondary schools.

The basic studies are spread over five years, that is to say 3 years of license and 2 years of Master. The degree program can be supplemented by that of the Agregation of secondary education of the higher degree which empowers the licensee in Philosophy to teach in the secondary schools.

The degree program in Canon Law may be supplemented by that of the Agregation of Secondary Education, which entitles the license holder to teach in secondary schools.

The Bachelor's degree program may be supplemented by the Bachelor's Degree of Higher Secondary Education (organized by the Department of Agregation of Secondary Education), which entitles the Bachelor to teach in secondary schools.
