Mechanical Engineering studies toward a B.Sc. trains the graduates to deal with development, manufacturing planning, and inspection of mechanical systems through the acquisition of knowledge and tools based on classical and modern engineering methodologies.

Combining theoretical and practical studies in engineering, computerization, and management, Industrial Engineering has grown to encompass many industries and services as today’s industrial engineers characterize, analyze, develop and operate complex systems that include human and computer resources. Industrial Engineering is used in many walks of life, such as shortening lines (queues) or streamlining services in banks and hospitals.

Like any engineering field worthy of the name, software engineering is built on a mathematical, scientific basis – drawn primarily from the computer sciences – with a systems approach. Software systems are comprised of sub-components, which are themselves comprised of simpler software elements.
