- Industrial Engineering Undergraduate Program (English)
- Industrial Engineering Graduate Program (English)
- Engineering Management Graduate Program (Turkish and English)
- Supply Chain and Logistics Management Graduate Program (Turkish)
When undergraduate students in the Industrial Engineering Department enter their third year, they may concentrate on a specialized program according to the electives they choose. There are three fields of specialization:
- Engineering Management
- Processes Management
- Decision-making and Optimization
The Industrial Engineering Department offers a double major and a minor degree to undergraduate students from other engineering or science majors. The three tracks of an industrial engineering minor degree are as follows:
- Operations Management Minor Degree Program
- Optimization Minor Degree Program
The Industrial Engineering Department carries out studies on industrial engineering, engineering management, optimization, and supply chain. Research studies focus on the following branches:
- Production and Operations Management
- Supply Chain Management
- Intellectual Capital and Information Management
- Mathematical Programming
- Decision Analysis
- Quality Management
- Industrial Engineering Practices with Fuzzy Logic and Heuristic Methods
Our engineers who graduate from the industrial engineering department take on important duties and are equipped to effectively and efficiently manage competition systems in the public or private sectors. Graduates who develop technical and managerial knowledge can work in either the manufacturing industry or service and public sector in the areas of product development, product design chain, project management, experimental design, computer-integrated design and manufacturing, efficiency engineering, total productive maintenance, quality systems, production planning, human resources management, information management, technical support after sales, and service processes management.
