Introduction
The Agronomy, Crop, and Soil Science Program provide excellent connections with local and international Agricultural companies researching the farm on campus and coordinating internship and employment opportunities throughout their industry network. Employment opportunities for students with a background in Agriculture are excellent. Examples of career opportunities available are specialists in crop consulting, plant genetics, soil, water, environmental science, Global Positioning System / Geographic Information Systems (GPS/GIS), machinery management, agronomy, education, food processing, plant nutrition, food safety, range resource management, government agency workers, and researchers.
