Labour Studies addresses the need for academic development and training at the leadership level. Further, it seeks to equip students with contemporary knowledge and in the Labour and Industrial Relations realm.
The program places particular emphasis on developing the critical, analytical, and organizational skills required to manage industrial and employment relations. It also addresses trade union administration and explores gender relations in the workplace, economics, and powerful institutions in society.
