Introduction
The course
The graduation in Administration at Ibmec in Rio de Janeiro develops skills to solve the challenges imposed by the market and by modern management. Aimed at those who want to follow an innovative path, being part of high-performance teams, the training prepares the professional to solve problems of an operational and strategic nature in organizations of all segments, aiming at their sustainable growth.
At Ibmec , the course provides the tools for the student to develop with autonomy to act as an entrepreneurial leader in a globalized and complex economy. The disciplines have a strong analytical content and theoretical depth aimed at developing skills in four areas: Finance, Marketing and Strategy, Operations and Logistics and People Management, with greater emphasis on the first two. In addition, the student receives high training in quantitative methods.
Ibmec believes in practice-oriented excellence by offering a set of supplementary activities that deepen the development of market skills and a spirit of collaboration and integration. At the Center for Entrepreneurship and Internationalization - CEI, students can work in junior companies from the first semester and take advantage of the international scope through agreements in more than 54 institutions around the world.

FINANCE AND CONTROLLERSHIP Financial analysis, consulting and controls, operations in financial markets, acting in executive management focused on financial management, in consulting and auditing companies, in financial market institutions, in commercial and industrial companies, in addition to other types of organizations .
BUSINESS STRATEGY Elaboration of market, environmental and competition analysis; identification of threats and opportunities for the business, construction of future scenarios, development of action policies and strategic management systems capable of monitoring the performance of the results obtained.
MARKETING Management of brands and products, customer service, development of public relations policies and guidelines for business communication with the market.
LOGISTICS Coordination of internal processes for the production and distribution of goods and services, aiming to maximize customer satisfaction by reducing the organization's costs.
HUMAN RESOURCES Definition of recruitment, selection, training, performance evaluation processes and, mainly, implementation of policies, guidelines and strategies in people management that enable the contribution of the individual and the team in achieving the corporate mission.
INFORMATION SYSTEMS Optimization of information flow, development and implementation of information technology projects using appropriate techniques for the business environment. Database planning and management and development of information processing methodologies.
