Introduction

The Chemistry and Materials Engineering Program cultivates engineers who can pave the way for their future by acquiring internationality and basic abilities for creating new, valuable chemicals, substances, and materials as well as developing environment-friendly energy conversion technologies, through the attainment of both basic and specialized knowledge of the fields of engineering science (such as mathematics and physics), chemistry, bioengineering, and materials engineering. This course also fosters talents who can actively participate in advanced and interdisciplinary areas such as nanotechnology and biotechnology with wide-ranging knowledge and the issue-exploring and resolving ability.
