Founded in 1952, Inner Mongolia Normal University is one of the key universities in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region. Praised as "the cradle of ethnic education", it is a comprehensive normal university with characteristic features of both teacher and ethnic education. IMNU has 28 teaching institutions, two cooperative schools, one independent college, and two affiliated schools. There are 2,128 faculty members, including 1,350 full-time teachers. Of these, 1,168 have a doctorate or master’s degree, accounting for 86.5 percent of the total number of full-time teachers. There are 685 teachers with associate senior or senior titles, accounting for 50.7 percent of the full-time teachers. Read Less
