KNUE is composed of 4 colleges and 24 departments and provides students with the opportunity to enroll in multiple majors concurrently. KNUE also has the highest passing rate in the yearly national teacher selection test among all colleges and provides a foolproof way of becoming a teacher.

To increase the passing rate, KNUE provides a career pathway guide and various knowhow to do well on the national teacher selection test and runs programs such as special lectures by visiting instructors on the essay exam on education, lectures on the national teacher selection test by various visiting instructors from in and outside of the school, a mock classroom program in the affiliated schools, and special lectures on interviews by the supervisors and other alumni who have succeeded in the interview stages.
